Can MyFamily Moments employees see my photos?
No. We use a zero-knowledge architecture, which means we don't have access to your encryption keys and cannot decrypt your photos or messages. Your content remains completely private to you and your authorized family members.
What happens if I forget my password?
We provide secure account recovery options including backup recovery codes and trusted device verification. However, due to our zero-knowledge encryption, we cannot reset your password for you - you'll need to use one of the recovery methods you set up during account creation.
How do you protect against data breaches?
We employ multiple layers of security including 24/7 monitoring, intrusion detection systems, regular security audits, and penetration testing. Even if our systems were compromised, your encrypted data would remain unreadable without the encryption keys that only you and your family possess.
Do you share data with third parties?

Can I delete my data permanently?
Yes. You have complete control over your data. You can delete individual photos, entire albums, or your complete account at any time. When you delete data, it's permanently removed from our systems within 30 days and cannot be recovered.
